World Dance Day Competition

Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance

7-16 years

Rules:​
 

• Register before April 25th

• Submit Music Before April 25th

• Make sure you are on time
  (10 min before we start)

• Enter with your competing number

• Make sure we can see you well on the camera! If the Jury can not see you well they will not give you points! (Send us a Video of your dance as a back up in case you will not have connection)

• Make sure you are in the correct age group

• World Dance Day Competition will be running Live online (Competitors can compete from their studio, home, stage ....)
  Everyone should also send us a pre-recorded video of their variation/dance (in case of bad internet connection we will show live pre-recorded video).
  Before the Competition each participant needs to send an intro video (name, age, how long she/he is doing dancing, why she/he likes it, why she is Joining the competition, what she/he is expecting and what she/he will present in the World Dance Day Live Competition!

  (Solo, Duet and Groups up to 10)

• Pre-Competitive (7-13 years)

• Competitive Junior (7-9 years)

• Competitive Senior (10-13 years)

• Competitive Professional (14-16 years)

Jury and Audience VOTING! 
 

Jury will judge according: 
 

1. Outfit

2. Artistic Presentation

3. Technique

4. Musicality

THE RESULTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE END OF COMPETITION AND ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA

5. CID-UNESCO, 50 Points 

6. Cash Award - $250 (reserved for the Grand Winner of World Dance Day Competition)
   
   Awards will be given according to the votes collected, by the online audience Pre-Vote / Live-Vote and Jury voting system.
